How To Save Dollars At The Gas Pump

Friday, December 19th, 2008

There’s not a single driver among us who would not want to spend less of their gainfully acquired money at the fuel pump. That’s why folk are becoming more and more conscious of the several easy and cost effective strategies that they can use to improve their fuel use. Those that haven’t turned to alternatives like biodiesel fuel for example.

Just about everybody knows that if you would like to save gas, you have a requirement for to drive slower. Though you can save a large amount of gas by going slower on the road, many folks are not willing to do so, for example. The trick is to find methods to increase gas mileage with no need to do things that you are not prepared to do in the long run.

First of all, stop neglecting the regular upkeep that your auto wishes. According to studies, a soiled air filter can cost you up to 20% of the gas mileage you should be receiving. A quick change of spark plugs can raise your fuel usage by over ten percent. Also, many folks are now not aware that they can increase their gas mileage simply by keeping their tires correctly inflated. In a similar fashion , too many drivers are carting around an auto full of unnecessary things that are stealing them of valuable gas mileage. For each 250 pounds of excess gear in your car, you can count on around one mile per gallon lost. Also, confirm that you are taking bike racks and other items off your vehicle when it isn’t the right season.

It may take a couple of minutes, but such items produce additional wind resistance, which makes your automobile work harder to accelerate or maintain speed. You can even save some money on gas whilst you are spending money- at the gas pump, that is. As an example, when the automobile shut off kicks in, don’t slide in 2 additional cents to make the greenback amount even. This is an example of the ways in which folk waste money, since almost all of that additional gas won’t finish up correctly going in the tank. Ultimately, ensure that you use your vehicle’s features to their maximum effect. Also, ensure that you use the overdrive function when possible, since it authorizes your engine to keep away from overworking itself.

How can hydrogen improve your car’s fuel mpg?

Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

It seems highly unlikely that by simply fitting a water container in the engine compartment of your car, inserting some electrical plates and using the gas that is generated to add to the normal fuel in your engine, you can greatly improve your fuel MPG. However, many thousands have already done it. Now, fortunately, there is a whole range of e-books on the subject, showing you exactly how to do it. E-books lke SimpleWaterFuel and Gas4Free tell you, step-by-step, how to construct and install a system and how to get the maximum fuel mpg out of it.

The concept definitely seems to work, as all the enthusiatic testimonials seem to demonstrate. But if that is the case, why don’t the mainstream manufacturers build it into every car they build? I don’t even think that patenting would stand in the way of full-scale production, an arrangement to build it under licence could easily be formulated. And there are bound to be many environmental advantages too. What’s stopping the auto companies from building this type of technology into their products to improve fuel mpg? Surely car sales would increase enormously if the car in question had twice the fuel mpg of any other car in its class.

There must be something preventing the car companies from taking the plunge.

Are the oil companies trying to protect their interests and applying pressure somewhere?

Are they in a cartel? Are national governments involved in this?Could OPEC be involved - one wonders what their stance might be on oil saving technology? It certainly isn’t obvious is it?

The various websites of the different systems show dozens and dozens of testimonials from satisfied customers who have achieved the fuel mpg savings promised.

Now I’m not stupid enough to believe everything posted on the Internet is true so I’m going to fit a system in my 2003 Toyota and see just what sort of fuel mpg savings I can make.

Although I’ve never had any mechanical training, I’ve read through the Gas4Free manual and it all seems very straightforward. As this technology becomes more and more accepted, I’m sure you will be able to find mechanics offering custom-built systems all ready to put under your hood in just a few hours. Improve your car’s fuel mpg simply with water

Sunday, November 23rd, 2008

A while back someone asked me to have a look at the latest ebooks that give instructions on how to improve your car’s fuel mpg by augmenting the conventional fuel with hydrogen. The mixture, known as Brown’s gas, after its discoverer, is fed into the normal fuel flow of your car to give a huge increase in fuel mpg. This got me to wonder why all the hundreds of technical ideas that seem to offer real solutions to real problems have been completely ignored by the major car manufacturers.

It seems that some had not been able to attract any funding to continue their research or they had been the subject of various sorts of threats.

It seems that some had been offered money to desist from their research and some had even died in ways that wre somewhat questionable. Now, if only a few people had come up with these claims then you probably wouldn’t take much notice of them. But you hear this sort of thing all the time. So what’s happening?

Look at the average fuel mpg of the average car. It’s only increased by a paltry 25-45% in the last 4 decades. But, a whole range of people, ranging from professionals to guys who just like to tinker with automobiles in their garages have put cars in economy trials and have been able to get over 110 mpg without a problem. We know that about 80% of the energy in your gasoline is wasted as heat, why can’t the manufacturers address this question of fuel economy. You’d have thought that they leap way ahead of their competition if they came out with a car like that.

I need to do a lot more digging to see what’s going on here, but, before I do, I’m going to put a system in my 2001 Honda to see if it does what it’s supposed to. Luckily, both the guide book and the components are easy and cheap to buy. I’m pretty hopeful as the technology seems sound and the products do seem to have had a very good reception from everyone who has tried them.

Of course, all fuel mpg economy systems have come under close scrutiny recently because, as the oil price has rocketed, improving fuel mpg has become a top priority for many drivers. There are lots of products out there offering to improve your fuel mpg and some of them are completely useless, so take your time when examining the options. That said, there’s no point in delaying either and for my money, the hydrogen injections systems that I’ve been talking about offer the best bang for your buck that you’re likely to find anywhere.

The price of gas is increasing almost every year and the effects are greatly felt especially by the less fortunate people. You see, when the price of gas increases, the prices of basic commodities also increase. With prices of commodities soaring high, you will definitely need to save money so that you can prepare yourself for the ‘rainy days’. One way to save money is by purchasing hydrogen fuel car kits.

What are hydrogen fuel car kits? If you’re familiar with hydrogen technology, then you probably know about cars that make use of hydrogen fuel. If the price of gas becomes unreasonable, more and more people will want to use alternative fuel. The reason why gas prices are always increasing is because oil reserves are depleting. Besides, if people can find a cleaner alternative fuel, why use gas at all? Gas contributes to pollution and one way to reduce pollution is by using hydrogen fuel.

You can now get the hydrogen fuel car kits in major online stores and local stores. Steve Miers is the man behind the car kits which can help you convert your car into a hydrogen car. You can get two benefits in using hydrogen fuel for cars – one is that you can cut down your gasoline expenses and secondly, you can help in preventing or reducing pollution. As long as your car is working in excellent condition, you can convert to using the car kits.

Improve mileage now by purchasing the hydrogen fuel car kits. The car kits are reasonably priced and if you’re lucky enough, you can even find good deals especially from online stores. You must ensure that you’re purchasing a good hydrogen fuel car kit. It should be of the best quality so buy only from reputable sellers and distributors.

Check the background of the stores as well as their suppliers. A lot of unscrupulous individuals and groups roam the internet; so beware of scammers. Some of them will tell you that you can run your car on water! This is simply not true. What they mean is hydrogen - not water!

At present, the production of hydrogen powered cars is limited due to limited sources of hydrogen fuel. There are very few hydrogen stations in some parts of the world. Besides, the use of gas can’t just be toppled over. Perhaps in the future, hydrogen cars will be more acceptable. Considering the excessive pollution and global warming, hydrogen technology will benefit everyone.

If you like to do DIY activities, the water fuel cell kits will keep you occupied. The kit is equipped with step by step instructions on how to convert your car. The materials needed are also included in the kit and so you will simply assemble them. Take time to understand the procedure. You must not make a mistake. So before you go to your car, read the instructions first.

When you’re ready, put all the materials needed near the car and within easy reach. Assemble them carefully; double check to avoid mistakes.

When installation is complete you are able to use your car as you normally would. You simply have to make a one-time investment by purchasing the car kits and after that, you can save a lot of money and at the same time, double or even triple mileage.

Have a look at our review of water fuel cell products. It will help you recognize genuine products from scams.
